The Drilling Crew provides professional core drilling and concrete scanning services across Gauteng and Southern Africa, including projects in Botswana, Namibia, Mozambique, and Zambia.

Wall SAW: 

Our Hilti DST 20-CA electric wall saw is designed for tough, precise cutting jobs. With 20 kW motor power and blade diameters ranging from 600–1600 mm, it delivers high performance with integrated Cut Assist technology and onboard control electronics (no external e-box required).

Ideal for:

  • Cutting and extending openings in concrete walls and floors
  • Precise, low-vibration demolition of walls and floors
  • Cutting through heavily reinforced concrete, natural stone, brick and block
  • Working in tight or restricted access areas
  • Facade and balcony renovations

Using the Hilti DSW 2005-TS wire saw conversion kit, we convert the DST 20-CA wall saw into a high-performance diamond wire saw system. This allows us to cut thick and complex concrete structures that traditional blade saws cannot handle effectively.
Ideal for:

  • Cutting thick concrete components
  • Creating rectangular openings (doors, windows, shafts) without over-cut corners
  • Structural modifications such as cutting through columns and beams
  • Complex demolition and refurbishment projects

WIRE SAW: 

Using the Hilti DSW 2005-TS wire saw conversion kit, we convert the DST 20-CA wall saw into a high-performance diamond wire saw system. This allows us to cut thick and complex concrete structures that traditional blade saws cannot handle effectively.
Ideal for:

  • Cutting thick concrete components
  • Creating rectangular openings (doors, windows, shafts) without over-cut corners
  • Structural modifications such as cutting through columns and beams
  • Complex demolition and refurbishment projects

Depth and diameter of drilling/cutting required

Reinforcement levels and concrete condition

Travel distance and logistics

Equipment and manpower requirements

Additional notes:

All prices exclude VAT.

Travel, accommodation, and subsistence costs may be added for projects outside Gauteng or for cross-border work in Southern Africa.

A formal written quote will be provided after a site visit or upon receipt of detailed project information.

Prices are valid for 30 days from the date of quotation unless otherwise stated.
